Am I The Only One?

Who is way more excited to shower when I have new cute products to use!? Not only does this look great and smell great but it really is a great way to make your bathroom look better. It is so important to have "pretty" accessories in each room. Needless to say, great looking soaps are well suited for a bathroom.

Using LED lights in bottles of empty white wine is not only beautiful and romantic but also really practical and creative. This coming winter I am going to line bottles like these all along the wall of my living room and make it my Romeo and Juliet room. This photo makes me want to hand write a love letter, with a feather...of course.

Am I the only person that is driven wild by this decorating? I can't be. Right? The way the sunlight hits the yellow walls instantaneously creates a soft, ethereal lighting which then perfectly compliments the bows in the crown molding. The crown molding. Have you seen anything like it? The attention to detail is mind blowing. I love everything about this room, the tufted green chair, the mirrored cream colored sconces with pink ruffles, the greenery on the fireplace and of course the arched windows that allow for all the beautiful light. This room is so well done for a multitude of reasons and every word I find isn't adequate enough to explain how divine the detail is.

I always try to understand my taste in decor and can never quite figure it out. Alas, i've had one of those "aha" moments where I realize I like a little bit of everything. However, I find that what inspires me most is the decor I grew up with. There are so many conflicting styles in this one living room, so many different themes but they work together because the colors are so harmonious. From the nautical photo, to the strawberry couch to the green leopard print love seats, it just works. There isn't too much of one thing, everything coexists to create such an uplifting and beautiful room. This style is truly original and true to the nature of my family, luxurious and welcoming.

The first photo is perhaps my favou

rite. The gold framed mirror and the reflection of the firework type light fixture is beautiful. The book cases are lovely and the room is a perfect example of symmetry in design.

I absolutely adore the second photograph for the chandelier and the mirror. The dark romantic theme mixed with the light and airy is definitely a winning combination.
